Lois provided care for my son who is 33 years old with Down Syndrome. His verbal communication is very limited and sometime difficult to understand; however, Lois demonstrated great patience and understanding. He would at times have temper tantrums, become frustrated and on some occasion become aggressive and difficult to control. Lois was able to redirect him, minimize the frustration and calm him down so that he could continue with the task at hand. Lois was always timely for work and I would highly recommend her for anyone needing someone to care for their family member with special needs.
