Hi, my name is Loislene! I'm originally from Brazil, I've been working with children for many years-both in Brazil, where I was a nanny and a teacher's assistant, and here in the U. S. as an au pair and nanny. Becoming an au pair was a wonderful experience because it allowed me to do what I love-caring for children-while also learning English and experiencing a new culture. I've now been in the U. S. for almost 3 years, and during this time I've worked with more than 10 families. With each of them, I've built strong, respectful, and lasting relationships, and I'm very proud of the trust they place in me. I truly enjoy helping children learn, grow, and have fun in a safe and nurturing environment. Lois was great all around when it came to caring for both of my kids. I have a 18 month old and newborn and she knew exactly what to do. I was nervous about finding a nanny but she put me at ease immediately with how attentive she was with my kids. I could tell right away that she had a lot of experience and was very proactive with whatever they needed.
