We interviewed Loice and she had great references. She accepted our job offer. Loice never showed up for the agreed upon start date. She did not return our calls nor texts. We called her references to find out what was going on. Loice finally texted us back to let us know she took another job elsewhere. We lost 2 weeks, where we could have found someone more suitable.
