Lobsang is a special caregiver. She takes wonderful care of my mom - she is attentive, gentle, loving, patient, understanding. She not only does what we ask her to do - but she takes the initiative to identify needs/opportunities and does those things, too! She is an excellent communicator, letting us know every day how mom is doing. We can't say enough good things about Lobsang - she is a gift to my mom - and also to our whole family.
