About Lloyd

Empowering students to reach their full potential through personalized support is the foundation of my teaching practice. With five years of experience, I specialize in helping elementary and middle school students master mathematics by breaking complex problems into manageable, achievable steps. I focus on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning rather than simple memorization. By observing how you interact with new material, I adapt my methods--using visual aids, hands-on activities, or discussions--to suit your unique style. I believe open communication with you and your family is essential to building the trust necessary for academic growth. Seeing your confidence flourish as you conquer challenging concepts is the most rewarding part of my work. I look forward to partnering with you to turn your academic goals into reality, one session at a time.
