About Liz

Empowering students to reach their full potential by meeting them where they're at is the cornerstone of my teaching practice. With over five years of experience, I hold a graduate degree and specialize in English, Science, History, Psychology, Math (depending on level), and Test Preparation. I hold a Bachelors in Secondary English Education and am a trained NYS teacher. Additionally, I have been an adjunct instructor for various local universities. I am dedicated to creating an engaging, patient environment where I break down complex problems into manageable steps to build momentum. I believe open communication is essential for tracking progress and ensuring your success. Whether we meet at your home, a library, or online, I find immense joy in witnessing when a difficult concept finally clicks.
