If I could give her more stars I would. She is caring, assertive in all the right ways, confident, and has great communication skills. When she was around, we never worried. She was so great with our daughter that our neighbors would constantly comment and wish they had her to help with their kids! I had so many obstacles during Liz's time with us, from a long hospital stay to a ton of travel for work. She was there for us when we needed her, and always flexible. Our daughter adores her and we can never really explain how awesome she was with our daughter, AND us. We moved out of the area and she still helped support us until we found the right fit. Yes, she is that great.
