Parenting can feel like a nonstop, marathon and families don't just need someone to watch their kids, they need a calm, steady partner who nurtures growth while making your family's life easier and more connected. What sets me a part is my certification as a trauma informed somatic educator. I'm also beginning teaching children's workshops at PEMS Academy, helping kids learn how to regulate their nervous system and identify, process and communicate emotions. This informs my caregiving, helping me meet kids with empathy, patience and simple practices we can use in real time, so they grow emotionally resilient, expressive and empowered. Liz has babysat for us several times over the last couple of months, she is regularly available often with very short notice. She is always punctual, and very excited to see the kids. She is great at getting the kids to be active and play outdoors.our kids love her, and we feel very comfortable leaving the kids with her for extended periods of time.
