About Liz

I'd describe my personality as driven, empathetic, and adaptable. I'm ambitious in my career and show discipline and follow-through. I'm thoughtful about people and relationships, and I adjust easily to different environments and communication styles. I love working with kids because it brings out creativity - every day is different, and I enjoy helping them grow into confident, authentic individuals. I'm looking for an evening/weekend role filled with fun, engaging, and imaginative activities. I started working with kids at 14 through gymnastics coaching and babysitting, and later worked as an after-school nanny for two years. I've continued babysitting after college. In my free time, I enjoy baking, being active outdoors with my dog, and doing creative projects (including the occasional Lego set). My top priority is making your child feel safe and comfortable in their home. I bring patience, strong communication, creativity, and a safety-first mindset to every family I work with.
