Hi! My name is Lizbeth, and I am looking for a part time nanny job. I plan to have evening & weekend availability starting 6/2. I have experience with children of all ages. I currently work as a house assistant/nanny for three kids (9-16), managing school pickups, tutoring, activities, errands, & household organization. I occasionally care for a set of twins (24 months) where I encourage learning through play. I have also cared for a toddler (16-22 months) where I focused on outings to parks, museums, & libraries. In addition, I have led a summer camp group and supervised ~20 children in a school program (both ages 5-12). I'm CPR/First Aid certified with 6 years of lifeguarding experience, & I hold a Psychology degree from UIUC. I'm happy and comfortable to take initiative once I understand your family's routines & preferences. I pride myself in being patient and creating a safe, positive environment for children to be seen & heard:)

We absolutely loved having Liz care for our daughter, E. The only reason we stopped working with her is because E. started daycare - otherwise, we would have kept her forever! She treated E. like her own little person, constantly engaging her in conversation, play, and exploration. They spent tons of time outdoors, rarely used screens, and had so much fun together that E called her her best friend. It was clear how much she cared - she listened, nurtured, and helped E learn and grow every day. We still use Liz for occasional babysitting and would hire her again in a heartbeat. Any family would be lucky to have her!
