About Lizandra

I'm a compassionate and dependable caregiver with over 14 years of experience supporting older adults. Much of my career has been in mental health, where I've worked with and trained others to care for individuals living with a mental illness. I also have extensive hands-on experience in both private homes and residential settings. I take a person-centered approach, focusing on patience, respect, and helping each client maintain their dignity and independence while assisting with daily routines. Caring for my own aging father has given me a deep understanding of the trust, patience, and consistency that quality caregiving requires. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, spending time with my family, bowling, catching a movie, and traveling for my children's sports.
