About Liza Michelle

Hello families! My name is Liza and I have been working with children since October 2012. I have experience with all age groups, including VPK, in preschool and child care settings. I have a CDA Credential, Director Credential, CPR and First Aid training, and a cleared DCF Level 2 Background Screening. I enjoy creating a safe, loving, organized, and engaging environment where children feel comfortable and supported. I love music, movement, games, crafts, and keeping children active and learning through play. I also enjoy using conversations and open-ended questions to help children build vocabulary, thinking, and communication skills through everyday activities. Spanish is my first language, and I'm also comfortable communicating in English. In my spare time, I enjoy relaxing at home, spending time with family, watching series, and cooking.
