I have been caring for seniors for over 16 years, and for the past 6 years I have worked as a CNA Coordinator, where I help manage and support both residents and caregiving staff. My years of experience have taught me how to be dependable, organized, patient, and attentive to the individual needs of the people I care for. I understand that quality elder care is about more than just assisting with daily needs. It's about providing companionship, creating a safe and comfortable environment, noticing changes in someone's routine or condition, and treating every person with dignity and respect. Along with elder care, I am experienced in organization and household management. I can help with light housekeeping, organizing the home, laundry, meal preparation, errands, appointments, grocery shopping, and keeping the household running smoothly. I'm comfortable taking initiative and managing multiple responsibilities.
