About Lixandra

I am a dedicated and nurturing mother of four with extensive hands-on childcare experience. Raising children of different ages has strengthened my patience, organization, multitasking, and ability to create a safe, structured, and loving environment. I understand the importance of routines, positive discipline, and emotional support in helping children feel secure and confident. In addition to caring for my own children, I also help care for my niece who is on the autism spectrum. This experience has given me valuable insight into supporting children with special needs, including maintaining consistency, understanding sensory sensitivities, encouraging communication, and adapting to individual learning styles. I am calm under pressure, responsible, attentive, and truly passionate about helping children grow, learn, and thrive in a supportive and nurturing setting.
