About Liv

I love working with children and teens! I have been caring for infants since I was 8 years old and had my first job in Child Care at age 18. I have been a mental health counselor to adolescents for 3 years at a residential treatment center, providing emotional support, homework support, counseling, facilitation of activities (lots of creative activities, outdoor experiences, community engagement, art therapy, etc.), and building trusting and healthy relationships. I love to help children feel successful and achieve a sense of mastery in various environments, always taking their interests, development and skills into account. Equipped with a BA in Psychology, I delved into numerous Infant, Child and Adolescent Development courses and am confident that my knowledge, compassion and creativity will have a positive impact on your little one.
