Amazing worker. She puts 110% into everything she does. 

Livia is an excellent cleaner and very nice person. We highly recommend you to work with her. 

Unorganized,  non punctual. Do not recommend her at all. 

We hired Livia as a housekeeper and nanny when I was pregnant. She claimed during her interview that she is comfortable with newborns and would cook. She worked for us for almost 3 months and in almost every session except the first session she bothered us with something. We tried to support her and help her as she stated she would need this job due to her situation. She was late for almost every session. not punctual, disorganized, and dishonest. After baby's delivery, she stated she was not comfortable with the baby and requested to stay as a housekeeper which we did. She requested several times to increase her hours which we did to help her. Lately, she started not showing up on her scheduled dates and had some excuses each time and her main one was that she got a new job in Boston and makes her very tired. on her last scheduled date , again she did not show up whiled she texted in the morning that she was coming at 3pm. I strongly recommend against hiring her as she is dishonest, not punctual, high-maintenance, and disorganized. 

Livia is amazing! She is very kind and respectful of my home and family and does a very detailed job cleaning it. I recommend her for things being done well and correct the first time and every time after that.
