Hello my name is Liudmyla. I am an experienced housekeeper with more than 15 years of experience. I can sweep, mop, scrub, dust, wax and polish furniture, window cleaning, furnishings, equipment. Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including tub/showers, bedrooms, sort, wash and unload laundry. Remove soiled and contaminated dressings and supplies. Keep bathroom supplied with paper, towels, and soap, vacuum, clean carpets, rugs and draperies. shampoo carpets and upholstery. I would be glad and ready to help keep your home clean and tidy.

I hired Liudmyla for house cleaning and laundry. While she was thorough in cleaning the bathroom and kitchen, her attitude in communicating with me and doing the laundry was very unpleasant, critical, and unhelpful. First of all, she charges a flat rate of $150. As you can see from other reviews, she cuts off at 3 hours on the dot (meaning she is $50/hr, which is not what she lists as her range on here). At 3 hours, she asked me to pay her. I said, what about the bed? She had just thrown the duvet on top of the bed, and left the coverlet off, and the pillows piled somewhere in the middle. When I asked her to fix it, she told me what I really needed is a caretaker (I am disabled, which I clearly stated in my description). I told her I had a caretaker, what I really needed was someone to make the bed. When she arrived, she told me it was too hot. I said, it's 74 and I have the AC on, it will be 70 shortly. Harumph from her. I supplied all of my own cleaning products, rags, paper towels, vacuum, and swiffer, and she just kept complaining that I didn't have a mop/bucket. After the third time she chastised me for it, I had to tell her not to bring up the bucket again. It went on like this. It was very stressful, which is not what you want when you're hiring someone to help. Also, please know that she doesn't take online payment--she asks for cash, which I don't have, and I had to make out a check to "cash" for her. Be forewarned.

Liudmyla is a life saver for us.  She is very flexible because our schedule changes frequently.  She does a wonderful job cleaning our home and even helped with after school care with our daughter when we needed it most.

My husband and I hired Liudmyla more than 2 years ago through care.com and she has been cleaning our home every week since then. In 2 years, I believe she only cancelled once (due to sickness) and otherwise has been perfectly on time and reliable. We look forward to "cleaning day" every week because our house always look beautiful and it is great to catch up with Myla. I would highly recommend her!

Agreed to show up to clean and then did not show up. Did not call before the start time to give notice or let me know she would cancel. She was rude on the phone to begin with and then did not keep her word to show up when she said she would. When I called to ask where she was, she came up with an excuse and did not even explain why she never called to give advance notice if she couldn't make it. Do not do business with her. She will waste your time and is a headache on the phone.

Hired her for weekly cleaning. After 5.5 visits I let her go. 
Cleaning job was OK -basic, not thorough, and with little attention to detail. 
Stated that she charges per visit, but stayed for exactly 3 hours each time (except the last time she stayed 2 hrs). When she came for the consultation, we decided on $150 the first month visits for 
"deep cleaning" then $120 after that based on what she saw in the apt (2 bed, 2 bath, 2 cats). After coming again she kept insisting it would always be deep cleaning so she would always charge the higher rate.
She is a nice lady who is very strong willed. She will do what she wants regardless of what is agreed upon.

Liudmyla has provided outstanding cleaning services and is a great help. She's thorough, communicative and punctual. We enjoy having her bright personality in our home!

Gave me a quote for cleaning that included surface cleaning, laundry, baseboards - after I paid her, I pointed out several things that were not clean and she told me I was wrong and I didn't have the right brush or Clorox to complete the job. Very expensive for the service provided. Would not hire again.

Liudmyla is a lifesaver. She is punctual, thorough, makes sure everything meets my standards before leaving. Very reasonably priced, handles laundry with care, and most importantly she's a good person someone I can trust and allow into my home.

She did an OK job. Nothing spectacular, not very thorough, but the basics were cleaned. She was reliable and on time. However, she left the place a mess by not putting away the cleaning supplies and my personal items were all over the place after she finished. What I disliked most is that she was rude when communicating and kept changing her agreed-upon price. I hired someone to clean, not someone to argue with. I did not appreciate her behavior and attitude. Will not be booking her again.

My partner and I hired Liudmyla, who is our first housekeeper, and does a nice job every visit. We hired her on every 2-weeks and have seen good results every time!

I hired Liudmyla for cleaning. We set the price before she comes. Once she arrived she wanted 5 dollars more hourly. After 5 min she said she wants 150 and don't want To work  hourly . She cleaned 2 floors in 3h and left. 
She was fast and did great on the job. I did hire her for every other weekend but she did not even respond my call or message. I wish she would be more dependable and trusty. I did listen every price she asked for but couldn't make her happy.

We hired Liudmyla for a cleaning and have since asked her to come back on a weekly basis. She is very thorough and got everything clean. We have her clean our entire place, do laundry, organize, and iron. She is receptive to feedback and instruction and did things (folding, etc.) exactly the way we asked. She went above and beyond and asked what else she could do. She is dependable, trustworthy, and shows up early or on time. I highly recommend her!

I hired Liudmyla after she contacted me via Care.com. I hired her on a trial basis. She was here 15 minutes earlier. She immediately got on to work and did a good job in ironing my clothes and cleaning my apartment. She is professional and knows her job well. She is also pleasant and did not mind completing extra chore I gave her. I was very impressed with the cleaning and decided to hire her on a regular basis. Her prices are reasonable and she is quite flexible in completing the chores. I highly recommend her for household jobs like cleaning and laundry.
