Mila has been a wonderful nanny for our daughter for the last two years. She started when my daughter was around 6 months old, doing everything from diaper changes to bottle feedings, naps, playtime, walks, and more. As my daughter has grown and her needs have changed, Mila has adjusted with her and provided age-appropriate care and stimulation. Now that my daughter is 2, they go on fun field trips to libraries and parks, read together, spend time outside, do art projects, and have lots of fun playing. Mila has also been willing to come early or stay late when something unexpected comes up, and has helped keep an eye on our older daughter when she's home from school on holidays or half days. Through it all, Mila has been attentive, communicative, reliable, and prompt. I'm happy to discuss further as a reference!
