Mila has been amazing with our two children and hectic schedules. We have a very energetic toddler and a needy infant and she was able to take care of them so well. I still don't know how she was able to get our toddler in the bathtub successfully everyday! Both kids were very comfortable with her from the beginning as she is both gentle and very playful. She was also instrumental around the home which she cleaned regularly. She helped with our laundry and all of the children's laundry. All these extra tasks beyond childcare she actually took up on her own initiative and was never originally requested. She was very amenable to changes if needed and flexible as needed. We are going to really miss her and any family who is able to hire her will be extremely lucky!!!
