Lissett is such a joy. She is so dependable and responsible. I always know things will be taken care of when she babysits for us. My daughter loves her so much she often asks us to go out so Lissett can come over. When we come home there are elaborate stories of the worlds they created together and all the fun they had together. She really is the best!

Lissett was the best thing that happened to our family during the pandemic. She's excellent with our two children and very understanding of our needs as a family with two self-employed parents. She always provides a fun and educational routine for our kids, whatever the day brings. She's attuned to their safety (COVID and otherwise), what makes each of them who they are, and the need to have structure, outdoor time, and variety each day. Lissett also embodies all the qualities that make for a good employee: trustworthiness, honesty, integrity, and openness to feedback.

Lissett is a wonderful, warm hearted and positive nanny/caregiver to children.  She worked for us for just over two years, before leaving to work part time.  My children were 6 months, 2 y/o and 4 y/o at the time.  She can manage different ages and multiple kids.  She was punctual, always willing to help in any way, and followed directions.  She became another member of our family and was even close with my parents (kids grandparents), even after she left working for us.  Other moms would comment to us how thoughtful and caring she was in their interactions with her.  Her job included giving breakfast, giving lunch (usually leftovers or she'd make something easy), activities, drop offs to and from school, playdates, homework help, laundry, pool in summer.  Any family would be lucky to have her.

Lissett is a sweetheart and is wonderful with children. I hope to have her look after my son again in the future.

Lissett is so sweet and caring. She's also very flexible, which makes her a great sitter to hire in a pinch. She's very respectful and professional. And need I say she's great with kids? I was extremely pleased with her performance and would be more than happy to hire her again! 

Lissette watched my 3-year-old daughter and was wonderful. She is reliable, punctual, courteous and upbeat. My daughter had a great time with her -- reading, playing and going to the playground -- and Lissette is an all-around lovely presence. I look forward to hiring her again and will recommend her to my friends with kids.

Lisett became a part of our family almost immediately. Our daughter took to her instantly. She was always on time and always willing to take on extra hours when we needed her to. She taught our daughter colors, shapes and counting. We miss her so much and know she will a wonderful addition to another family.  We really were sorry to see her move away but she'll always be special to us and have a bond with our baby girl.
