About Liseth

Hello, my name is Liseth. I've always believed that caregiving is in my blood, and I have found true purpose in supporting others. As an Assistant Manager at a group home, I work with clients living with physical and mental disabilities, including schizophrenia, OCD, bipolar disorder, and more. My role includes supervising staff, overseeing daily operations, transporting clients to appointments, and providing one-on-one care. I also have experience with younger clients and understand the importance of patience and consistency in their development. I am medication certified, and hold First Aid, CPR, AED, and CPI certifications, which prepare me to act quickly in emergencies. I maintain close relationships with the families of my clients, keeping them informed and supported throughout the care process. What drives me most is my passion for helping people and making their lives easier. I am a proud Hispanic woman, a true go-getter, and eager to continue building my path in care.
