Liz is absolutely incredible. She worked as a full-time nanny for our now one year-old and could not have been more fantastic. She was completely reliable, kind, and warm. Liz has been our nanny for 3 years. She is incredibly trustworthy and reliable.  In 3 years, she has never been late once!  

When she first started, it was with 2 very active boys - a two year old and an infant.  She has boundless energy and is very active.  She set up a wonderful routine with our children, with a strong mix of outside time, library, parks, reading, cooking, art, and play dates.  When the kids were small, she was sure to keep the nap schedule, and when they were bigger, she was in charge of all preschool drop offs and pick ups.  She is outgoing and helped our kids make a strong group of friends. She is warm and nurturing, and still she runs a tight ship - we and our children love and respect her.  Most importantly, she respects how we want to raise our children and supports us in those goals. She is like family to us.

Liz has been taking care for our four children (current ages 10, 8, 6, and 15 months) part-time (anywhere from 8 - 30 hours/week) for over three years. In all that time, Liz has never been late and has called in sick only one time! Her work ethic is phenomenal! In addition to being extremely dependable and hardworking, she loves kids and enjoys engaging with them. Plus, she always has a friendly, optimistic, upbeat demeanor and is always pleasant to be around. She has been caring for our baby since she was a newborn and has always been gentle, tender, and very nurturing with her- she loves to cuddle with her and hold her (even when the baby is cranky). In the past, she picked up our older kids from school every day and I never had to worry that she would be late (she was early-ready and waiting for them when they came out). She is organized and easily able to keep track of four kids' crazy busy schedules and get them dressed and to their various after school activities on time. She is also able to manage four active kids, including helping the older ones do their homework and make meals/snacks for all. Her love of kids and her deep caring for them shows through. She is very nurturing and supportive with each one of our kids (who all have very different personalities and needs). She interacts with them in an intelligent, calm, understanding, sensitive, and reasonable manner - all the while effectively getting them to do what they need to do (whether it be homework or an activity). She is also very active and enjoys having fun with them - she loves to take them to the park and for long walks, to the movies, bowling alley, swimming - anything that the kids want to do, she is up for and enthusiastically does with them. As if this isn't enough, Liz is also happy to help with household chores - she consistently helps our kids pick up their rooms, keeps the kitchen cleaned up, and takes out the trash. She often volunteers to do more, but we feel she does more than enough when she is at our house. I can't say enough good things about Liz - she would be a welcome addition to any household and any family would be fortunate to have her take care of their children. All of our children lover her - even the baby who thinks Liz is her second mom.
