(Sorry I am not available at the present. ) I have 15 years of childcare experience working as a qualified daycare teacher and nanny with a BA degree and early child development education. I am CPR certified and newborn care specialist trained. Working with babies and little kids is my passion and career. I know their need in different stages. I know every little one is different. There is no one rule for all. I observe, learn and understand them, and take care of them in the way works best for them. I am honest, kind hearted and reliable. I always put safety first. The parents and grandparents in the parks told me that I was the best nanny they'd ever seen. They thought I was the mom or grandma.

Lisa has become a part of our family for the past 3 years. She has been with us since our daughter was 2 mos. and is now helping with our son. 

Lisa is loving, caring, and engaging. She genuinely loves our kids and my kids have so much fun with her. Lisa is always thinking of age appropriate activities and my kids have learned so much with her. We love that Lisa speaks Mandarin and English and has a daycare background. She truly is the best. 

We are sad to lose her with both kids will be on preschool, but she has prepared them for this moment. We will forever be grateful for her. Her future family will be lucky to have her!

I knew Lisa occasionally in the park where my 2-year old daughter and the kid she is looking after are playing almost every weekdays. I've noticed that she is a very professional babysitter with patience and love. After conversation, I knew that she used to be a teacher in a college and a
certificated teacher in Preschool. So she knows how to communicate and guide the kids in an efficient and appropriate way. She also is very nice to others kids and organizes many activities for kids like singing songs, reading books, Playing
sports, and hiking. All kids love her. As a parent, I also learned a lot from her. Highly recommend Lisa to you.

We met her in the park where she was playing with her charges.  She was just so sweet and we stayed connected and this built into a group of multiple families that have activities multiple times per week.  She is a former Kindergarten teacher who simply loves children.  Our two children, as well as us, adore her.  Why she does not have a preschool is beyond me.  

It is just so very rare to find such a gentle soul that loves children and seemingly has an endless playbook of activities.  The children she cares for adore her and are very comfortable around her.  She is formerly educated in Early Childhood Education, but that is just not descriptive enough of what she gives to the children around her.

Handling munchkins is very challenging and requires patience as well as knowledge.  Lisa has it all.  She's a keeper.

Lisa is my son's playmate's nanny. Actually, she is more like an infant teacher than a nanny. She is a loving and patient person who always talks to kids gently. She designed multiple games to stimulate children's brains, for example, pretend games for children's imagination, sand play and messy art for children's sensory, and crafts for children's hand-eye coordination. She sings songs and dances with kids in the park and gives the little ones lots of hugs and love. She is teaching kids ABC, 123, play skills and team work like sharing and helping. As a first-time mom, I learned a lot from her. I would recommend Lisa to mom who need help.

Lisa has been such an important part of our lives. We have a very difficult toddler, and tried out a few nannies because we knew we needed somebody with energy and a lot of care to handle our son. Lisa was an easy choice. She treated our son like he was her own, no matter how difficult he was. She also was very proactive in finding other kids for him to play with. She became friends with a lot of moms and other nannies in the area, so our son always had things to do. The other moms and nannies saw her as the center of the social circle. Every day, Lisa took our son to the zoo, the playground, or a museum where he could get to know and play with his friends.

She is also a very sweet person and became like a member of our family. It was always very easy to communicate with Lisa about what was going on with our son. Every day she sent pictures and videos of him in new social situations. We hate to lose her, but whoever gets Lisa next will be very lucky.

Lisa is an excellent caretaker. My son was in a play group with one of her charges and I saw her work firsthand 3-4 times a week for over a year. Not only was she great with children but she was like the lead teacher for our parent group planning diverse and enriching experiences for all of the kids.

I met Lisa in the park. She is so nice and kind. She always bring some books and toys when we play in the park together. She read books, singing and dancing with the kids. All the kids like her. So patient she is. Highly recommend Lisa.

Lisa is such an amazing caregiver. She takes great care of the child, and treat them like they are her own. She has over ten years experience with little kids. 
She's one of the most kind, responsible, professional  and experienced care givers that I know. 
I didn't hire her. I know her super well because our kids spent over a year together playing, dancing, singing, and exploring. She not only cares about the kid that she's taking are of, but also made the park where we spent most of time together such a great place!!! Because she would think of all the activities the kids can do together, bring books for them to read and toys for them to play. Sometimes I feel like I couldn't even do that much for my own kid.
She's so experienced that many of the parents would ask her for advice when we meet different situations. Someone would be super lucky to work with her!!!

Lisa was a teacher working in some kindergartens who has many years experience in children care and is very kind and patient to kids. 
She could do good crafts. 
She is able to communicate in English and Chinese.

Our family is so fortunate to have met and known Lisa. We had known her from a daycare she was working at and our son really liked her then. So when an opportunity arose to hire her to care for our toddler son, my husband and I took it.

Lisa is very caring, loving and patient. She took great care of our son and is easy to communicate with. She is very flexible with our schedules, including appointments, vacations, etc.

Lisa would allow our son to play outdoors (in her backyard) to explore, and would even take him out on "field trips", i.e. local parks and attractions, so he can have opportunities to play and (learn to) socialize with other children.

Lisa speaks Mandarin so we had asked her to speak Mandarin to our son on the daily. Our son can now understand and speak both English and Mandarin.

If we could, we would love to keep Lisa on as our son's nanny/babysitter until he reaches school age.

You would be very lucky to have her caring for your child(ren).

We've used Lisa several times now. Lisa was very attentive and responsible. She was really caring towards our kids. Our kids loved having Lisa as a babysitter.
