With three years of experience as a Certified Home Health Aide, I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I'm patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented, and I understand the importance of adapting to changing routines and de-escalating stressful situations. I'm skilled at handling confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes. I respect each person's independence. I communicate with families through written daily reports and by following their preferred communication methods. I can also assist with errands, shopping, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
