About Lisa

I have over 30 years of experience working with young children, beginning as a nanny in England where I earned my Early Education and Development (EED) degree. Since moving to the United States, I have spent more than 20 years in early childhood education, growing from a classroom teacher to a director role in a daycare setting. In addition to my professional experience, I am also a parent to four grown children, which has further shaped my understanding of child development and family dynamics. I am deeply passionate about supporting children's growth and development, and I take pride in creating nurturing, engaging environments where they can learn and thrive. Working with children is not just my career-it's something I truly love, and I cannot imagine doing anything else.
