About Lisa

Making a difference in people's lives is my calling, and I have spent the last 10 years dedicated to supporting adults and seniors. My journey began with positive experiences in previous care roles, solidifying my passion for promoting well-being and independence. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aid with some college. I provide transportation, run errands, shop, perform light housekeeping, and prepare meals. As a caregiver, I am patient, compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented. I prioritize understanding my care recipients' preferences and personal histories. I am also experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion or agitation, and incorporating memory care activities. I communicate with families through written daily reports and regular updates via text or phone call, always following their preferred method.
