Caring for others has always been part of my life. I first gained experience supporting a family member with special needs, which taught me patience, empathy, and consistency. Later, I worked with the North Texas Behavioral Health Authority, where I provided care and support to individuals facing daily challenges. With a degree in Psychology, I bring strong communication skills, active listening, and calm problem-solving to my work. I can help with companionship, errands, light housekeeping, meal prep, and respite care. I am also experienced in de-escalating stressful situations and creating a sense of peace and comfort. Families can count on me to keep communication open, provide thoughtful updates, and care for loved ones with dignity and respect.
