About Lisa

For over 20 years, I've been dedicated to nurturing children's growth and development. My passion began with positive babysitting experiences and deepened through my role as an evening Executive Director at a childcare facility for over 10 years. This role provided invaluable experience working with children and adults with medical or IDD concerns. I am a patient, creative, and friendly caregiver, comfortable caring for up to 3 children of all ages, from infants to teenagers. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules, while engaging children with outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, whether it's written reports or regular updates via text or phone. I hold a graduate degree and am certified in CPR and First Aid. Having cared for my elderly father and now enjoying my 5 grandsons, including two on the spectrum, I understand the importance of providing compassionate and attentive care.
