About Lisa

I have nearly four years of nannying experience and truly love working with children, from newborns and toddlers to school-age kids. I've cared for three siblings, helping with school transportation, meals, homework, activities, and light household tasks. Most recently, I've cared for twin boys who are almost two, and I've loved watching their personalities and independence grow! I'm also a mom of two -a 15-year-old daughter and an almost 9-year-old son on the autism spectrum. Motherhood has made me a more patient, understanding, and adaptable caregiver and taught me to appreciate how differently each child experiences the world. I have a liberal arts background in sociology and an interest in human behavior and development. I'm definitely a kid at heart -I love getting down on their level, being silly, playing, exploring, and finding what makes each child light up, while providing a safe and caring environment..
