Lisa was an excellent communicator and my son absolutely loved having her as a nanny. Lisa was always on time, and if there was any reason she wasnt abke to make it on time she let us know beforehand. She kept our son engaged during meals and helped him learn skills during playtime with building blocks, stacking cups, and flash cards. She was also watching him during the time in his life when he was actively trying to start walking more so she helped him along with that as well! Lisa was a great nanny!
