About Lisa

I'd describe my personality as curious, compassionate and conscientiousness I like companion/caring for seniors because I enjoy learning about people and find it rewarding when my work can directly enhance someone's life. I'm looking for a job that is personally rewarding, interesting and brings out the best in me and my client. I first began doing care work for seniors when I would occasionally step in to help my senior massage clients when they needed help with anything from errands to dementia care. My interest in the senior population led me to pursue accreditation in the field of aging and to focus my massage practice on seniors. After many years running that practice, I left my job to live with and care for my elderly mother and special needs sister for 2. 5 years. In my spare time, I like to cook, read, hike and play bridge among other things. I believe my strengths are my communication skills as well as my work ethic.
