For over a decade, I've dedicated myself to enhancing the lives of adults and seniors, I have personal experience by taking care of my parents as well as developing a passion for their well-being and independence. I am a college graduate, and I am committed to providing compassionate, empathetic, and detail-oriented care. As a home health aide, I am happy to assist your loved ones with daily living tasks. I provide transportation, run errands, shop, manage medications, prepare meals, encourage physical activity, and perform light housekeeping. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and redirect attention when needed. I respect each person's independence. I provide verbal updates during visits, communicate via text or phone, and always follow the family's preferred communication method. I am comfortable with pets as well.
