I started yoga in 1988 while living in NYC, going to school, working at Bloomingdale's and living with my boyfriend in a studio apartment. I'm a lifelong yoga practitioner and teacher. I took care of my four nephews from when they were newborns to teenagers. I love them as my own Now they are all young men and we are still very close. I have always juggled different jobs while teaching yoga. I'm also a trained chef, I went to the French Culinary in NYC in 2011. I have always had cooking, or retail jobs while teaching yoga. I love the outdoors and I am passionate about healthy cooking and coffee, tea and alternative medicine. Currently I'm a substitute teacher at Khalsa Montessori and I love it!
