My name is Lisa and I am a very experienced caregiver. I am task-oriented and self-motivated. I love to spend time with young children and I am sure you will find me to be nurturing, honest, reliable, and highly-organized. Below are some of my qualifications: 16+ years experience as a full-time mother and homemaker California Credentialed Elementary School Teacher with Bilingual Certification 14 years volunteering in the church nursery with newborns, infants, and toddlers 13 years volunteering in a preschool and an elementary school 3 years experience as a Human Resources Administrator Infant and child CPR & first aid certification renewal in progress I am a strong advocate for authentic learning via practical life skills and exploration. Some fun activities I enjoy doing with toddlers are reading, playing with playdough, building with blocks, doing puzzles, and playing outside. When I am with babies, I love to engage them in gentle, developmental play.
