I began working as a nanny in 1984, when my high school counselor found me a job caring for a family with three children and I worked for them for about four years. After 25 years of marriage, my husband and I have two sons, ages 23 and 17. For 20 years I worked for a long-term care facility as a nurse's aide and then as an administrative assistant. My boss passed away in February 2008 and when his wife decided to sell the business, my position was eliminated. So, at 44 years old, I am now working as a Housekeeper and Nanny. I am a care giver by nature, and also enjoy cooking and cleaning. I have excellent references and reliable transportation.

Lisa took childcare very seriously and worked not only caring for our kids but individually on manners, learning, reading, homework etc. She is super creative and actually enjoys being with the kids vs thinking of nannying as a job. Our kids asked for her for two years after we no longer needed childcare daily.
