Hi, my name is Lisa and I have been owning/taking care of dogs since I was a young girl and I'm 52 now. Over the past 16 years I have mainly been taking care of bully breeds. I have had all sorts of breeds of dogs from bird dogs to small dogs to bully breeds to cockers, you name it. I have fostered dogs for a local animal shelter on a number of occasions. I am very familiar with puppies all the way up to seniors. The last dog I had was a senior 11 yr old AKC American Staffordshire Terrier whom I got as a shelter dog. He had been in the shelter for 6 years. He had kidney disease and later kidney failure. I cooked natural homemade foods for him and did everything humanly possible for him because he was my heart. To me, dogs are man's best friend because they love us unconditionally. Mankind has a lot to learn from our animal friends.
