I am a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aide with 8 years of experience providing high-quality care to adults and seniors in the comfort of their homes. I have extensive experience working with patients who have a variety of medical conditions , cognitive and physical challenges, including dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and mobility limitations. My background includes assisting with activities of daily living ADLs such as bathing, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, feeding, mobility assistance, companionship, and light housekeeping. I am skilled in performing safe transfers, using mobility equipment including wheelchairs, walkers, and gait belts, and maintaining a clean, secure home environment that promotes patient safety, comfort, dignity, and independence. I am CPR trained , a non-smoker, and have reliable transportation.
