About Lisandra

My name is Lisandra , and I have over 10 years of experience working with children, from newborns to teenagers up to 15 years old. I have worked with both children with special needs and typically developing children, collaborating with different companies while always providing responsible, safe, and high-quality care. I am certified in Child Care, CPR, First Aid, HHA, PCA behavior technician and Medical Assistance, and I also have training as a Speech Therapist, which allows me to offer comprehensive support focused on each child's well-being, growth, and development. I am fluent in English and Spanish, which enables me to communicate effectively with diverse families and adapt to different environments. My passion is to support children throughout their growth, meeting their individual needs with patience, commitment, and dedication.
