Empowering elementary students to reach their full potential is my passion. With 16 years of teaching experience, I hold a Masters degree that informs my approach to teaching Math, English, Science, and Study Skills. I believe every student possesses unique potential, and I unlock this by actively listening and observing how they interact with new material. When concepts become challenging, I break them down into manageable steps to build momentum and keep students engaged. I prioritize clear communication to foster a collaborative environment between myself, the student, and the family. Seeing a student's confidence grow as they master a new skill is the most rewarding part of my work. I am happy to meet at a center, library, school, or coffee shop to support your learning goals.
