I cannot recommend Lisa enough! I was so nervous to leave my 15-pound little girl, as she is a massive scaredy-dog who gets easily overwhelmed by new people and environments. Lisa completely understood her needs right from the start. She was incredibly patient, giving my pup all the time and physical space she needed to feel safe and decompress. But once my dog realized she could trust her, Lisa transitioned into the ultimate cuddle buddy, giving her all the love and reassurance she craved. It is incredibly rare to find someone who instinctively knows how to balance boundaries with affection for a timid dog.
