My background includes a high school degree and extensive experience in respite care, transportation, hospice services, errands, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I'm patient, calm, and friendly. I prioritize understanding your loved one's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with empathy. I communicate with families through daily reports and regular updates.
