I am a compassionate and reliable home healthcare aide with over 15 years of experience providing empathetic, individualized care, while actively working with families and members of medical care teams to ensure my clients are receiving the supportive care they need. After 20 years in the corporate world, I realized that I needed to align myself to my purpose. I went back to college, earned my degree, and now, my work caring for seniors, has brought me such fulfillment and genuine gratitude, while allowing me to give back to our community. I have extensive experience with conditions such as Dementia, Fragile Diabetes, CHF, COPD, CRF, HBP, HLD, and CPE. My strengths are interpersonal relationships, communication, attention to details, assisting with ADLs, administering medications, creating and preparing customized meal plans with specific nutritional needs, personal grooming, basic household duties, and errands and transport needs.
