Lisa is essentially part of our family now. When our youngest was 1 and our eldest was 4, Lisa helped us out as a part-time nanny. She was instrumental in helping my wife start her career after having our two girls. While we don't use Lisa as a part-time nanny any longer, we still hire her often for date nights and other events where we need child care. Lisa is warm, caring, loving, but also upholds house rules, and respects our home completely. We even celebrate holidays like Halloween with her, just for fun. She really is an amazing person, whom we couldn't have gotten to this place in our life without.
