I use to go to convalescent homes as a kid to "Adopt Grandparents". I guess growing up without them left a "hole". Then when I got older, I got the privilege of assisting many struggling humans during my life through my career choices of CNA, EMT, and Firefighter. However, my favorite patient, sadly, was my sweet Daddy. I assisted in his daily care after he was diagnosed with Parkinson's and dementia., until he passed 23 years ago. Recently, the same tragic diagnosis "Lewy Body Parkinson had befallen my eldest brother in California until his passing July 2024. I can no longer be there for them, so maybe I can pay it forward and be there for someone else's loved one that is struggling with The downsides of aging and especially dementia.

Lisa has been an amazing help with my mom who has early-onset Alzheimer's. My mother is still working so she needs just help getting to work. Lisa drives my mom around and my mom who has had trouble liking people who do this job really enjoys Lisa. We are so lucky to have found her. She is very honest, kind and hardworking!
