I have been so fortunate to work with wonderful families over the years! Anyhow I know it's hard to weed through all of the applications you are receiving.. on the flipside, it's hard to give you all the details of my years of experience and qualifications, through a text. I guess the most important thing for you to know about me is, *I love children and I love teaching* - it's not just a babysitting or time-filling job for me:-) I will always treat your child with TLC and in addition, engage them with developmentally appropriate activities that include music, singing/finger plays, dancing, BOOKS/reading, language development, creative play, outdoor walks/play, exploration, and so much more! Lisa is the absolute best! She has been caring for our now 4.5 year old son since May 2024. Lisa has been the most warm, loving, engaging, positive caregiver and we are so lucky that we found her. From the beginning, Lisa was so great with our son and we all immediately loved her. She is an all-around great caregiver. She designs a variety of activities and always keeps our son engaged. She even taught him how to read and write! He is entering pre-k in the Fall already knowing how to read. The only reason we will no longer be working with Lisa is because our son is starting school. We are SO sad to leave her, and I know that I'll always be able to call her for childcare (or mom support!) in the future. We are so grateful for all she has done for our family.
