Lisa was unprofessional. She spoke in a demeaning fashion to my mom and failed at following even basic instructions.  Lisa quit with no notice.  I would not recommend her.

Lisa had a very positive attitude, which was refreshing as my mother was very difficult to deal with. Lisa always had suggestions to try and make my mother more comfortable. Lisa provided excellent care and I never worried about my mother's safety.
