About Lisa

I am a mature woman with an Early Childhood Ed. degree. I especially love children's literature. My past jobs were in both child care and senior care. I was a program director for over 13 years, which involved planning, scheduling, and facilitating programs, trips and entertainment for seniors. These jobs have taught me many skills which helped to keep people engaged and involved in a variety of stimulating activities. These skills are easily applied to any age group. My past and current years as a nanny have brought me much joy and I like being in the company of youngsters. The energy and enthusiasm that children and young adults have is infectious. Their curiosity and joy make me smile and I am looking to find a family where I can be part of that development. I love helping kids learn! My wisdom, patience and sense of humor serve me well. I have been a nanny for a wonderful family for about a year and a half, but the hours have changed. Sadly, I am looking to move.
