About Lisa

My background is in Special Education. During college and afterwards, I worked with developmentally disabled children until venturing out into the world of Silicon Valley's. Two years after relocating to Roseville, I decided to go back to doing what I was most passionate about. I worked for a non profit agency funded through the State of California's D. D. S for over 10 yrs. Working as an instructor in their Day Program for developmentally and physically disabled young adults and then as an Independent Living Services facilitator, teaching life skills and then monitoring their practice of, to the same clientele who strive to live a semi independent lifestyle. I then began to work solely with a young man with cerebral palsy and his parents who run a parent designed non profit. I currently work for the agency part time, one continuous 60 hr shift a month. I've done Life Scan through DDS and the Federal Government, current in First Aid and CPR.
