I worked for a company that works with the Intellectually Disabled. I was 2 on 1 9(client was non verbal non everything, we had to do everything for her). I loved my job there but the house I was at was 7 of us workers for 4 clients at that resident. The workers were young, only 3 of us older ladies working there and we did all the housecleaning, cooking, etc... while the younger workers sat on porch smoking and talking about the clients Needless to say, I told the office then I was pushed to where I had to quit because they made it hard to work there. We need to be the voice for those that can't defend their self. I am very caring, compassionate about my work. I found my calling
