About Lisa

I started babysitting when I was 12, babysat throughout college and after, helped raise my niece and nephew and I'm now a parent to a 20 and 22-year-old. I have taken care of my nephew since he was born and he is about to turn 10. I love kids! I also helped care for my aging parents and grandparents and have experience with someone with limited physical mobility as well as someone with dementia. Please note I cannot lift or do physical care for adults. I'm happy to talk more on the phone! Responsible, flexible and optimistic I like working with kids because I have been doing this most of my life and have enjoyed a multigenerational family myself. I think it's important for all family members to have extra people know and care for them. I also work part-time at a bookstore and am an avid reader -I always encourage reading to everyone I care for!
